Fred’s Ragnar Relay Blog

I’m no great runner. In fact, I’ve only done 1 race before and that was 10k this year. However, I’m taking part of the Ragnar SoCal Relay with FA Caring Angels to raise funds for the American Heart Association. Heart disease is the No. 1 killer worldwide, and stroke ranks second globally. Since its founding in 1924, the AHA has been promoting heart health.

I’m asking you to help in this great cause by financially supporting me in this relay to bring awareness of the importance of a healthy heart. Please help with a donation at http://www2.heart.org/goto/FATeamRed-Fred

Your encouragement and support is important to me. So you can see my dedication, I’m going be sharing my training runs. While much of my training will be on the treadmill, I will be hitting the streets and trails. Come along for the “ride”.
